Design challengE

Design a donor-focused, easy to use section of the website that inspires donors to financially support the museum. Address the needs of multiple types of donors, balance priorities between quantity of donations and quality of donations.

My RolE

Project manager—UX I led journey map and brainstorm exercises, developed competitive and comparative analyses, conducted user testing, synthesized journey map results, and wrote personas in addition to administrative plans, timelines, interview/testing logistics, and ongoing communication and summaries.
